Apartment doean’t have main eletricity switch or any security switch if not in the bathroom : Switzerland – صحيفة الصوت

I live in Vaud, we just rent an apartment and I cannot locate either the main switch or the security breaks for the electricity. Usually, these are found in the apartment or in the hall just outside. Indeed, just outside the apartment, there is a box in the wall with the electricity meter only, an Iskra mt174, that features only a blue button that switches between the meter lectures (also according to the meter manual). Since any circuit break should be between the meter and the apartment I believe it doesn’t have it. This is crazy because I see this as a security problem and I don’t want to call an expensive electrician to put a lamp on that I can do by myself… Is this even legal?

The only two security switches are embeeded in 2 plugs of the bathroom that have a little ‘test’ button and probably are older than my dad lol
