The first Kiwi athlete with Covid-19 has been scratched from the Birmingham Commonwealth Games – but that’s not the most stink thing the triathletes might have to deal with, according to our team in Birmingham.
The city’s gearing up for the opening ceremony as a spate of gang shootings make headlines in the city – hardly the backdrop organisers will have wanted for the event, which will be headlined by 80s superstars Duran Duran.
