I park my scooter every week at the Station in Lugano (in the scooter parking area). More often than not, all the places are taken and people leaves the scooters and motor bikes also outside the lines.
The area is big enough and is separated from the other parkings.
Last week I got a 40 CHF ticket (from the sbb not even police) because I was parked outside.
Is there a way to contest that? I find it wrong, since the scooters outside the lines don’t really disturb anyone or remove any space to bicycles. Can the sbb just fine you 40chf and pretend you pay? Can they prove anything?
