We’d probably attract more companies being in the EU, not less. Same for banks, I’m fairly sure they were big proponents of joining the EEA in 1992, it was a big loss for the banking sector. Taxation on individuals is almost completely orthogonal.
Seriously, the EU is a neoliberal wet dream, big companies would love more opportunities to screw workers over.
