For my wife it’s even worse for some reason although she has the same contract as me. Even in city centers sometimes we have no signal at all or it’s extremely slow.
We both have the Pixel 6 and tried multiple APN settings etc. Outside of Switzerland we were left many times without signal which is outrageous.
UPC now doesn’t even have a contact email and I’m not going to wait in their telephone support line to then talk with a useless NPC who just reads some manual to me…
Did anyone have similar problems? Did anyone manage to solve it? I suspect it is related to the fact that they merged with Sunrise. I feel they’re screwing over existing UPC customers or messed up something.
