We recently moved to Switzerland and have a B visa. So naturally my wife starts looking for jobs. She has a degree and experience in Mechanical Engineering. I think some 50 recruiters have approached her and with at least 20 she’s had an in depth interview. However, they never get back to her. Is this some form of scam where they like to have people on file or measure how many are interested in a certain field? Or is this super common ?
