Any alternative to seeing a psychologist in Switzerland? : Switzerland – صحيفة الصوت

Hey there!

Living In Wallis for a year now , I have been struggling a little to get myself into seeing a psychologist because of the financial weight it represents.

For some times now I have been wanting to see a psychologist or hypnotherapist, my life is a little mess, but I just feel like I can’t step up financially to get to it.

Would there be any other solutions for me to start on a work on myself? Any cheaper solutions I could afford ?

Subs on which I could find help? Online help?

I’m quite open to anything that could help me release the pressure!
